Wheel hub made of aluminum and coated with alternating Vulkollan® and sponge flaps horizontally assembled.
The standard depth is about 20-25 mm but, upon request, coating up to 50 mm high is also available.
The coating tends to be flexible but, at the same time, gives an edgy cutting action and high belt performance.
Excellent for both plain and profiled parts ( brass, aluminum, etc.).
It is mainly indicated for dry working, it can be mounted on manual or automatic machines, and on robots.
