Wheel hub made of aluminum with polyurethane grooved coating (available from 60 to 90 Shore A). The special grooving pattern improves the cutting performances of the belt, extending its life service. 
Aggressive and noisy wheel, used with hard coatings for heavy grinding operations , deburring workings and/or where a high stock removal is required (e.g. deburring of steel, grinding of turbine blades, and other hard metal workings); lower densities are used for finishing processes of ferrous materials.
It can be mounted on manual or automatic machines, and on robots.
