Wheel hub made of aluminum and coated with cotton flaps with incorporated sponge, alternated with neoprene flaps (standard depth about 70 mm).
Like “Cotton-Sponge” type, it is mainly used for the working of soft metals, but it has the characteristic of increasing the cutting performance of the abrasive belt, thus making it more aggressive.
The particular depth of the coating means that these products can be used to work a wide range of profiled parts. They are produced in two different hardness: SOFT for finishing purposes (with two cotton flaps layers); HARD for general grinding purposes (with four cotton flaps layers).  It can be mounted on manual and automatic machines or on robots. 
For best results, do not exceed the recommended speed because the adaptability of the wheel to different profiles is inversely proportional to the rotation speed.
