Wheel hub made of aluminum and covered with grooved rubber using a particular type of cross-cut. The depth of the standard coating is about 15-20mm.
This special grooving increases the cutting capacity and life of the abrasive belt.
It is used at low densities (Shore A 40/50/60) for the grinding of all types of metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) and where a high stock removal is requested (e.g. aluminum radiators). It is used with a coarse - grained abrasive belt with hard rubber coating at 90 Shore A.
It can be used for both wet and dry working. The particular composition of the rubber makes it resistant to all hydrocarbons.
It can be universally used on both manual and automatic machines.
